Do you have children or grandchildren? Did you know: While children may not complain about aircraft noise, scientific research has confirmed that clinical effects and negative health impacts occur regardless of whether a person finds loud noise annoying.
BFPCA has mapped the impact of excessive flight path noise pollution on school children across Brisbane. While scientific evidence confirms that chronic aircraft noise impairs children’s cognition, there are more than 50,000 school children at more than 50 schools directly underneath Brisbane Airport’s network of flight paths.
